Terms and Conditions

The Cosy Karaoke Hüttes are available to reserve for 1 hour 40 minutes slots for a minimum of 2 and up to 8 people. The Party Lodges are for 1 hour and 50 minutes and are for a minimum of 10 and up to 20 people.

Hütte bookings are non-refundable (this is the total charge) once processed, we will send out an email to confirm your reservation.

The hütte hire cost is for exclusive occupation of the space provided including its fixtures and fittings and is VAT exempt. The cost is non-redeemable.

All Guest must bring ID with them as we operate challenge 25, and ID can be requested to access the premises, if you are asked to produce Identification  and can not produce it will result in not gaining access to the premises or able to access the hütte – ANYONE UNDER THE AGE 18 years old will not be permitted after 7pm.

All food and drinks are payable on the night and will include VAT at the current applicable rate. 

Please be on time for your reservation, we have a no-show policy whereby your Hütte is released to our waiting list if you were to not show up within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Please note that in this case, no refunds on the booking fee will be given.

Your reservation time and length is specified on your booking confirmation. At our busiest times, we are expecting to have the Hütte reserved back-to-back and we therefore politely ask that after your slot you leave your Hütte, so that the Hüttes are ready for our next guests.

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our team and guests which includes drinking responsibility, therefore please help us to deliver a safe environment for everybody-if you choose to ignore these rules you will be requested to vacate the venue.

Booking Fee will be added to your booking cost, an additional £1.86 cosy huttes, £5.30 Party Lodges.
