Where are you located?

We’ve mixed things up a bit this year Manchester, we’ve moved to somewhere bigger and better to accommodate for socially distancing! We are now based at Great Northern Square and we can’t wait for you to see the brand new space we have.

Liverpool is the same location as previous years in our usual spot, under the giant Christmas tree at Liverpool One.

London, unfortunately we will not be with you this year! But we’d love to see you at one of our other locations in Manchester and Liverpool, for a Christmas Staycation maybe? Hopefully we will be back next year!

How do I check availability?

It’s super easy! Click on our bookings page, choose your city and follow the process. Select your preferred date & time and our availability will be displayed. If you can’t see the time and date, unfortunately that means we are sold-out for your preferred slot.

How do I go about booking a private hütte?

All bookings are processed online and all payments made via the booking widget to secure your booking.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do! Speak to the team on-site, and if there’s availability – we’d LOVE to accommodate you with a private hütte if there’s one free.

How many people do your hüttes hold?

Our smaller hüttes hold 2 – 10 people, and our VIP hütte holds from 11 – 20 people.

How long can you spend in the hütte?

Each booking entitles you to 1 hour, 45 minutes in our private hütte.

I cannot see my preferred date and time on the booking system, what does this mean?

We’re afraid to say that this means we’re fully booked on your preferred date has already sold-out.

Can I extend my time in the hütte once my friends and I are in there?

This all depends on availability. Our hüttes are often booked back to back, with time to clean in between. However, if you’re enjoying the festive cheer and there’s availability for you to stay on, who are we to stop you. That said, unfortunately it’s something we really can’t guarantee, but always worthwhile mentioning to the team on site.

What are your opening times?

We’re open Monday – Friday: 11am – 10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm, Sundays 10am – 8pm. Please note that due to the 10pm curfew our last hütte bookings are 8pm and we must have everyone out of the premises by 9.45pm.

When is there live music?

We will have live music and DJ’s on Friday and Saturdays, keep an eye on our Instagram for full updates.

Will there still be karaoke this year?

Yes, karaoke is back for those that fancy singing their heart out!
We will have a strict sanitation and quarantine procedure to ensure that your microphone is as safe as is possible and the Karaoke machine, alongside the rest of the Hutte is thoroughly cleaned between bookings. In addition to these processes, we also recommend you do wear a face mask should you wish to participate in karaoke.

I’m going to be late for my booking, what should I do?

Hurry up! We’re kidding. It’s completely fine to be late to a booking, we totally understand these things happen. It just means that you’ll perhaps miss out on valuable time in the hütte. If there’s no booking after you, we’ll try to keep you on a little longer but we’re afraid there’s no guarantee as often our bookings are back to back.

What happens if I’ve made a booking I can no longer make?

We will try to be as flexible as possible should you need to move a booking, the best thing to do is to contact us directly via email.

Manchester@barhutte.co.uk or Liverpool@barhutte.co.uk

What happens if there is a full regional or national lockdown that means Bar Hütte can no longer open?

We hope for everyone’s sake this doesn’t happen. However, if it does and you’ve made a booking with us, we shall transfer your booking to next year and give you a £20 voucher to spend on food & drink.

Can I bring along my own food and drinks into the hütte?

Sorry! We don’t allow you to bring along your own food and drinks into the hütte, it’s against our policy. There is, however, delicious freshly baked pizzas on offer which you can order via our app.

I am interested in booking a large Christmas party, can Bar Hütte accommodate?

We’d love to have you here at Bar Hütte for your Christmas party but due to current restrictions and guidelines, we are only able to accommodate groups of six people or less in line with current local restrictions. Hold that thought for next year though and we’ll invite you with welcome arms!

My bank statement shows that payment for the hütte has been taken out by a company called 'Bitter Twisted', is that correct?

Yes. Don’t worry, that’s right. Bitter Twisted is the company that owns and operates Bar Hütte. In fact, if you fancy checking out what other events, pop-ups & brand experiences Bitter Twisted work on, take a look at their website HERE.

Can I bring along my children to Bar Hütte?

Of course, we’re very family friendly, especially this year and welcome families more than ever.

We also have a Special Santa Family booking option this year in Manchester only, that includes a free hot chocolate and colouring pads and activities for the kids. In addition to the chance to get a picture with Santa Clause! Make sure you select the ‘Special Santa Family Booking’ when securing your slot.

I came to Bar Hütte last night and left something behind, can you help?

Oh dear, what are you like?! The best thing to do is to contact us on Facebook. Let us know which site you visited, and we’ll redirect you to the correct team to help you out.

Are you dog friendly?

Absolutely! All pups welcome.
