We thought we’d put together some useful questions and helpful tips on how to make the most of your experience with Bar Hütte.

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our team and guests, therefore we ask all our guests to adhere to all Covid-19 government guidelines at all times to help us delivery a safe environment. How do I go about booking a private hütte?

All bookings are processed online, and all payments made via the booking widget to secure your booking.


How do I check availability?

It’s dead easy! Click your desired city page, Manchester, Liverpool or Edinburgh and follow the booking process. Select your preferred date & time and our availability will be displayed. If you can’t see the time and date, unfortunately that means we are sold-out on for your preferred slot. Don’t panic though, we do accept walk-ins so you’re welcome to come along and enjoy the lively atmosphere, simply turn up and speak to the team on the day to see if we can fit you in.


Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, certainly. Please do come along to enjoy our après ski atmosphere with live music playing every weekend. Speak to the team on-site, and if there’s availability – we’d love to accommodate you with a private hütte.


How many people do your hüttes hold?

Our main hüttes can accommodate up to 8 people. 

We have a VIP areas available for you up 20 guests.

Larger parties and exclusive use, it’s all possible too, simply speak to the team. 


How long can you spend in the hütte?

Our Cosy Karaoke Hütte bookings entitle you to 1 hour, 45 minutes in our private hütte. Once you’ve finished the session, you’re super welcome to carry on the festivities in the main bar area. Perhaps, a shot-ski is in order to celebrate hitting those high notes?

Special Santa Family Hütte bookings are available as a one-hour slot.


I cannot see my preferred date and time on the booking system, what does this mean?

We’ve afraid to say that this means we’re fully booked on your preferred date has already sold-out. Time to send out a Whatsapp around again, ask the gang if they can do an alternative date. 


Can I extend my time in the hütte once my friends and I are in there?

This all depends on availability. Our hüttes are often booked back to back, however if you’re enjoying the festive cheers, blasting out the classics and there’s availability for you to stay on, who are we to stop you. That said, unfortunately it’s something we really can’t guarantee, but always worthwhile mentioning to the team on site.


What are your opening times?

Opening times are different depending on which city you’re visiting.

Simply visit; Manchester, Liverpool or Edinburgh for the details.


When is there live music?

Expect live music with us on Fridays & Saturdays. Singers, bands and DJs – you’ll love it we promise! For full details, keep an eye on our Instagram page.


I’m going to be late for my booking, what should I do?

Hurry up! We’re kidding. It’s completely fine to be late to a booking, we totally understand these things happen. If you’re going to be late for your booking, or there’s an urgent enquiry that needs sorting, you’re best to message us on Facebook.


What happens if I’ve made a booking I can no longer make?

If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours prior to your booking taking place, you receive a refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will only have the option to reschedule to another date this year or next year.


Can I bring along my own food and drinks into the hütte?

Sorry! We don’t allow you to bring along your own food and drinks into the hütte, its against our policy.

In Manchester, we’ve partnered with a few of our foodie neighbours, Rudys Pizza, Platzki, South Manny Flavaz and Alex’s Bakery. Speak to the team on the day to find out how to place your order.

In Edinburgh, we’ve partnered with Salerno Pizza, you simply use the QR code placed in the hüttes to make and order and voila! Pizza is served.


I am interested in booking a large Christmas party, can Bar Hütte accommodate?

Across our different sites, we do have VIP sections are areas that work perfectly for private and semi-private Christmas parties.

Can I bring along my children to Bar Hütte?

Of course, we’re very family friendly, we even have a Special Santa Family Hütte booking available.

The bar areas do tend to get fairly lively so we advise no kids around after 8pm.

Are you considered an outdoor venue?
